Are you ready to begin a new chapter in your partnership? Whether you've been together for months or decades, long term intimacy is one of the most precious and challenging things we experience as humans. 

Within the sanctuary of HeartLab, nestled in the heart of SF’s vibrant city, we'll establish a safe, loving container in support of you and your partner's bodies and hearts, so that you can connect on a deeper, more authentic level. Together and individually, you'll journey through with a small group of sweet couples at your side, embarking on a voyage of self-discovery and intimacy exploration. We'll meet daily 9am-5pm with spacious time for breaks and lunch.
